Campaign Leadership: Co-led the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of the 360° integrated marketing campaign, defining channel roles across brand ambassadors (one for young adults, one for teenagers), TV commercials, YouTuber collaborations, offline roadshows, TikTok challenges, and doctor-led editorial content.
Agency & Budget Management: Managed and coordinated 10+ agencies across video production, celebrity management, event execution, influencer marketing, and media buying. Led budget planning and negotiations to maximize campaign efficiency and results.
Strategic Partnerships: Partnered with the High School Basketball League in Taiwan to design and launch a Gen-Z-oriented activation, embedding the brand into youth culture and sports communities.
Performance Measurement & Optimization: Leveraged Google Analytics and social listening tools to track impressions, engagement, conversions, and word-of-mouth, enabling ongoing performance monitoring and post-campaign evaluation.
