Provide prompt response leveraging L’oreal’s internal Gen-AI platform (LLM) － L'Oréal GPT to increase active users.
Roles & Deliverables
Product Ownership: Designed, tested, and launched an AI helpdesk companion to improve product discoverability and self-serve troubleshooting
Use Case & Prompt Design: Defined dashboard-specific use cases and prompt logic aligned with user journeys to ensure clarity and consistency of AI-generated responses.
Deployment Framework: Applied agile methodologies to move from ideation to MVP and scaled rollout, establishing a reusable framework for future internal GenAI initiatives.
