Project Goal
Build and activate a data visualization solution that tracks global beauty product usage for internal CMI and Marketing stakeholders.
Roles & Deliveravles
Dashboard Product Owner: Led the scale-up, optimization, and activation of the beauty usage tracker.
CMI Use Case: Led data-driven use cases across CMI, Marketing, Content, and Digital teams; monitored deployment, coordinated agencies and local markets, and delivered actionable recommendations to support decision-making.
Workshops & Trainings: Designed and facilitated workshops and ad-hoc training sessions. Coordinated closely with agencies to ensure data quality, user adoption, and continuous dashboard optimization.
Project Audit: Conducted a comprehensive 360° audit across multiple data sources (Kantar, Mintel, Euromonitor, sell-out data, and in-house research) and structured stakeholder feedback sessions to identify data gaps, methodological inconsistencies, and usability issues.
AI-Powered Chatbot: Designed, tested, and launched an AI-powered helpdesk chatbot to enhance product discoverability and enable self-service troubleshooting for internal users.
Storytelling & Community Engagement: Initiated and developed a global CMI community newsletter to showcase best-in-class use cases of the tool, accelerating methodological innovation and knowledge sharing among 300+ CMI professionals worldwide.
