Pinkoi’s annual B2B Seller Summit aims to gather 300+ sellers and strengthen the seller ecosystem through partnerships, education, and on-platform activation. To achieve this, we combined offline engagement with online merchandising to create both ecosystem and commercial impact.

Roles & Deliverables
Strategic Partnership:
Sponsorship: Secured €10,000 in sponsorship from a leading bank and government partners, contributing 40% of the total event budget. Led sponsorship scoping, value proposition design, and coordination to align partner objectives with seller needs.
Partnership Development: Worked with 5+ strategic partners to provide Pinkoi sellers with practical marketing and financial solutions, including survey tools, influencer platforms, and banking services for entrepreneurs. Translated partner capabilities into seller-facing offerings integrated into the event.
E-merchandising:
Curated a dedicated online event theme page to showcase featured sellers. Collaborated with Content and Visual Merchandising teams to develop key visuals, customized offers, and promotional layouts.
Optimized category pages, product listings, recommendations, bundles, and navigation during the event period, aligning merchandising decisions with stock availability and sales targets.
Monitored e-shop performance and adjusted setups to maximize exposure and conversion.
